Blended learning, also known as hybrid learning, is an approach to education that combines online educational materials and opportunities for interaction online with traditional place-based classroom methods.

There is not specific legislation on how often you have to take WHMIS training as a worker.  However, one of the responsibilities of an employer is to periodically review their WHMIS education and training program.
